Selection of Professional Services firms to provide services related to projects at the Marine Science Institute - Port Aransas (MSI) as well as other coastal facilities on an ongoing, as needed basis. The purpose of this RFQ is to select qualified Professional Service Providers to provide engineering, architectural and other professional services on an as needed basis related to projects at the Marine Science Institute - Port Aransas (MSI) as well as other coastal facilities. PMCS desires to enter into Master Agreements with these Professional Service Providers to expedite assignment of individual projects as they arise - assignment of these projects will be based on selection of the most qualified Professional Service Provider. No specific dollar amount of fees or number of projects will be awarded. The initial term of the agreement will be approximately one year, with the option to renew for up to five additional one year periods. This solicitation is for submission of Qualifications only - no particular project is advertised and hourly rates or other costs shall NOT be submitted as a part of response. Directions to Marine Science Institute at Port Aransas For Pre-Submittal Site Visit: Directions from the Ferry to visitor entrance: go straight on Cotter Avenue through both stop lights and the 4-way stop sign towards the beach; UTMSI will be on the left before you get to the beach. Directions from Padre Island to visitor entrance: take highway 361 to Port Aransas, go straight on South Alister, at 2nd stop light, turn RIGHT on Cotter Avenue, go straight through 4-way stop sign towards the beach; UTMSI will be on the left before you get to the beach. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
