All firms are hereby placed on notice that neither the city council, nor any employees of the city of bonita springs, are to be lobbied either individually or collectively about this project. Firms and their agents are hereby placed on notice that they are not to contact members of the city council or staff members for such purposes as holding meetings of introduction, dinners, etc. To influence the outcome of the selection process, if they intend to, or have submitted a proposal or letter of interest for this project. Any unauthorized communication may be grounds for disqualification. The city of bonita springs intends to use federal funding for this project. This contract and all contractors, must meet the criteria of 2 C.F.R. Appendix II to part 200, contract provisions for non-federal entity contracts under federal awards.
