Renovation of a medical facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of February 11, 2019, this project is in the post-bid phase. Design/build award information will not be disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is soliciting responses from Architectural firms to provide professional services to design three floors of shell space in the WPRCI to be used for multi-disciplinary clinics. Submission Requirements: 1. The supervising principal must be licensed in the state of Arkansas. 2. Provide five (5) printed copies and one (1) PDF. 3. Proposals are limited to 24 page faces (12 pages), plus covers and dividers. Please include Project Number #18-071 and project name on the cover sheet. Selections will be based on the following factors, weighted as shown below: a. Relevant experience and technical competence as it relates to the scope of this specific project. (45%) b. Experience with medical facilities, NFPA, The Joint Commission, Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and other relevant standards (25%) c. Resumes of key personnel that will be committed to this project, current workload, proximity for site observation and construction administration, and familiarity to the site (20%) d. Past performance at UAMS with respect to such factors such as quality of work, ability to meet schedules and deadlines, teamwork, control of costs (10%) Please provide contact information along with an email address with submission.
