Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Pinyon Environmental SWCA Environmental Consultants Tetra Tech, Inc. WestLand Resources, Inc. The City of Phoenix is seeking up to 10 qualified consultants to provide environmental technical and regulatory assistance on-call services on an as-needed basis from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 with an option to extend the contract for an additional one-year period. These contracts will be administered by the Street Transportation Department The scope of work shall be focused on environmental technical and/or regulatory assistance for various disciplines, including, but not limited to: Archaeology Historic preservation Biology and natural resources Clean Water Act / sections 404, 401, and 402, including, but not limited to: State and federal wastewater and stormwater permitting assistance Regulatory reporting and document preparation (e.g., annual reports, Stormwater Management Plans, Pretreatment Program Plans etc.) Environmental assessments, studies, and technical support (e.g., pollutant loading estimates, pollutant source evaluations, drainage area studies, etc.) Green infrastructure Training Public Outreach National Environmental Policy Act documentation and related supporting technical analyses and reports Clean Air Act, including, but not limited to: Permitting Monitoring, modeling, source testing, etc. Reporting and document preparation The firm will provide vehicles, laptops/tablets, printer/scanner, cell phones, mobile hotspots and other equipment deemed necessary to complete the tasks.
