CR Number: 2045707 The New York State Canal Corporation a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority invites you to submit a proposal to perform the Lockport Flight of Five Historic Rehabilitation-Phase 2 (Lock 68). These construction services shall include, but not be limited to, all supervision, labor, materials (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Bid Documents), construction drawings and technical specifications for the Lockport Flight of Five Historic Rehabilitation-Phase 2 (Lock 68). Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 11.5 months
