The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for the Halifax Regional Water Commission (Halifax Water) to solicit statements of interest and qualifications from interested respondents for the construction of the Fairview Cove Trunk Sewer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Project includes approximately 750 m of 1200 mm ID reinforced concrete pipe to be installed by microtunnelling, comprising two (2) drives, at depths up to 20 m below ground surface.
