Gravel upgrade of Neighbors Road, Ral Street, Scenic View Loop, Koala Lane, Ballard Drive, Frost St, Noatak Way, Ylmaki Way, Nurmi Drive, Finland Lane, and Dossow Street. Work will include, but not be limited to, capping the existing roads 0.5' deep with RSA TYPE II Borrow. Results from a current gradation test must be submitted prior to work commencing. A gradual transition will be required at each end of the project. No excavation is proposed. Borrow must be compacted to at least 95% compaction of the maximum density.
