Install a new additional force main in order to address operational problems with existing force main from pua sewage pump station to the Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant rehabilitate existing force main in order to provide redundundancy. Project requires relocation of force main and effluent outfall sewer because of airport runway extension. This project is included in the county's FY 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Program. As of September 29, 2022, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
