The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) is seeking bids for the Demolition of an existing residence at 39800 SE Fish Hatchery Rd. Sandy Oregon 97055 including all Lead Paint and Asbestos Abatement. The work will take place in Clackamas County, Oregon. The work completed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. A MANDATORY Invitation to Bid (ITB) is attached. You must download the attachment and use the attached ITB to bid on the solicitation. Agency fails to receive funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to make payments under this Contract; 2.
