Site work for an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Improvements to 89 Ave Students' Boulevard as a multi-modal promenade, connecting academic buildings, pedestrian paths and active nodes along the route, from 116 Street to the West to 110 Street to the East. Project areas include: Area A - West Portal at 116 Street/Varsity Commons; Area B - SUB/ Van Vliet Plaza; Area C - Tree-lined Students' Blvd; and Area D - East Campus Village. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. An integrated multi-modal transportation concept design and implementation strategy was developed for the project in 2019. Project is currently not included in the owner's capital plans. Future updates may be published once the project has been issued for design/construction. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
