** As of January 18, 2019 all bids were rejected. ** Questions must be submitted on or before 8/21/2018 4:00 PM Furnish all labor, supervision and equipment to construct a metal panel storage building at the Rokeby Generation Station, Lincoln, Nebraska as per LES Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. BID DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 9/6. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The project includes the construction of a 3,600 square foot Equipment Storage Building that includes architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for the purpose of general equipment dry storage. BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT WERE REJECTED AND NO DECISION HAS YET BEEN MADE FOR WHEN IT WILL REBID.
