Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This tender is only available for pre-qualified general contractors for Component A (Creek) from RFSQ21-023. Shoemaker Creek Rehabilitation and Multi-Use Trail Construction - Homer Watson Blvd. to Canadian National Railway, extending over an approximate project distance of 1.2 kilometers. The work includes the restoration of Shoemaker Creek though the implementation of natural channel design principles that will serve to increase the channel flood capacity, improve fish habitat, protect existing local infrastructure (storm and sanitary sewers), and facilitate maintenance access through the installation of a Multi-Use Trail. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
