Renovation of a municipal facility in Hopatcong, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,603-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The bid had been rejected for this project because it was significantly over the budget appropriation. Rebid date and time not yet available All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms approved and provided for by the bid specifications in order to be considered. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, and made payable to the Borough of Hopatcong Bidder must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Other requirements as well as those described above are fully detailed in the bid document. Bid results will be posted on the Borough website at www.hopatcong.org within 24 hours of the bid opening. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis" and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
