Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,700-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 2,200-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a swimming pool.

**As of 7/23/2019 The project has no awards yet time frame will be 2 weeks. The facility is a renovation and expansion of the existing Swimming and Diving facilities on the north side of the Student Recreation Center. The proposed building square footage is 12,900 GSF, consisting of 2,200 SF renovation and 10,700 SF new construction. The program includes new men's and women's locker rooms, a shared team room, a dryland training area, athletic training and program support / storage. Additional program for coaches' offices and locker rooms is included as an alternate if budget permits. The project aims to create a new front-door for the Swimming and Diving programs, improve the functional operations for the staff, coaches and student-athletes, as well as play a vital role in recruiting top-athletes across the world to Texas A&M located on the Texas A&M University - College Station. After receiving all parts of the Proposals, the Owner will evaluate and rank each Proposal submitted in relation to the published selection criteria. The Owner will select the Proposal that offers the best value to The Texas A&M University System based on the published selection criteria and on the ranking evaluation.
