Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Casselberry, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Construction Manager for the City of Casselberry Public Works Operations Facility and is soliciting bids from pre-qualified subcontractors to complete the work as described below: The Project consists of the phased demolition and renovation of the existing Public Works Facility to include an Administration/Maintenance Building, Warehouse/Fleet Maintenance Building, and Covered Equipment parking. In addition, the site will be developed to include new paved parking areas and driveways, chemical storage building, dumpster enclosure, perimeter fence with sliding gate, and all necessary site and building utilities and infrastructure. Work also includes replacing the existing radio antenna and re-locating the existing 11,000 gallon above ground fuel tank and pumps. The RFI deadline is September 10, 2020 at 5:00 PM ET.
