UPDATE : Some lighting and door access systems require upgrades to address the security needs of the facility, to improve controlled access within the building. This project is scheduled to begin in FY 2026/27 and will be phased over six years. The lighting control system, comprised of GE total control and Lutron systems, will be upgraded for the majority of the campus excluding ACC North. This lighting control will update the current network infrastructure and consistency of product. Projects planned for FY 2027/28 and beyond include: -Updates to the Grand Plaza River of Blue light fixtures to replace and upgrade fixtures. -Replacement of the high intensity discharge lighting (HID) in the halls with more efficient 150-watt LED’s which may include short term payback, return on investment, and decreased utility costs.
