Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Vincennes, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,927-square-foot, three-story above grade theater / auditorium.
Pantheon Theatre Interior Renovation Project 428 Main St. Vincennes, Indiana 47591 1. Bid Package No.1- General Trades, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler. The bid security of the lowest acceptable bidder will be returned on request after the Board has made an award to the successful bidder and if satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds have been delivered to the owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment and Performance Bond in the sum equal to the full amount of the Contract. Pantheon Theater Building Project Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and waives technicalities as to procedures and to award a contract on the bid that, in its judgement, is the most advantageous to the Pantheon Board. Drawings & Specifications will be available on January 16th 2019
