Construct a shade structure over the membrane basins at the City of Henderson's Southwest Water Reclamation Facility (SWRF). Project Duration: 90 calendar days Engineer's Estimate: $555,000 A certified or cashier's check or bid bond accompanying the bid in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price payable to the CITY as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement, and provide the necessary bonds, insurance certificates and other required documentation. The "Performance Bond" shall be so conditioned as to assure the faithful performance by the CONTRACTOR of all work under said Contract within the time limit prescribed in a manner that is satisfactory and acceptable to the CITY; and that all materials and workmanship supplied by him will be free from original or developed defects.
