This project is included in the City of Henderson's fiscal years 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of November 20, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, funding is allotted to fiscal years 2024-2025. A detailed scope has not yet been released. Design and construct a new lift station within the existing LS-27 site, demolishing the existing LS-27 that was constructed in 1995, and constructing a new redundant sewer force main to the existing gravity sewer, junction structure, emergency vault, gas vapor air treatment, and associated appurtenances within the Lake Las Vegas South Shore community. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
