Removal of existing sealants in areas indicated below (and backer rods where applicable). 2. Installation of new backer rod where applicable. 3. Sealing of all concrete to brick joints. 4. Sealing of all concrete to concrete joints. 5. Sealing of all metal to concrete joints. 6. Sealing of all brick to brick joints. 7.
