Renovation of a parking garage in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified architectural/engineering (A/E) firms to establish a contract to provide services related to the design for the replacement of the three (3) elevators at the Olde Towne Parking Garage, 112 Olde Towne Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment required to provide the Services required by the City. Offerors are expected to bring a copy of all the Solicitation Documents to the Pre-Submission Meeting; the City will not provide copies. City of Gaithersburg, Department of Public Works 2nd Floor Conference Room 800 Rabbitt Road Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Any questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and submitted in an e-mail to the Procurement division at procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
