Construction of sidewalk, and curb and gutter Stafford County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The time for completion of this Contract shall be as fixed in the Bid Form. Unless otherwise specified in the County-Contractor Agreement, or Specifications, liquidated damages for non-completion within the stipulated time shall be Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per calendar day for Substantial Completion and Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per calendar day for Final Completion. B. It is the intent of the County to execute a Contract with the successful Bidder within ninety (90) days after receiving Bids.
