Renovation of a municipal facility in Goochland, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,845-square-foot municipal facility.
Goochland County, Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified Class A licensed contractors for the renovation of the new Registrar's office. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, testing, transportation, supervision, permits, services and incidentals necessary to renovate approximately 1,845 square feet of the former Extension Building. The project also includes an addition to the main entrance and interior renovations to provide for a new Registrar's office. The existing building is currently vacant and will remain that way during construction. The project includes, but is not limited to, interior wall/finish/floor sheathing demolition, wood floor framing, new finishes, interior doors and frames, acoustical tile ceilings, lighting, electrical, mechanical systems, plumbing, metal stud/gypsum wall board partitions, masonry, asphalt shingle roofing, exterior trim, interior and exterior painting, ceramic tile, folding panel partition, and window treatment.
