The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools, supervision and other facilities and services, as required for the construction of the pavement, curbing, trails, fields, stormwater management facilities, erosion and sediment controls, and incidentals necessary to complete the scope of the project. Mobilization/Demobilization/General Conditions/Maintenance of shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the performance of preparatory construction operations, including the movement of personnel and equipment to and from the project site; construction stakeout and maintenance of same; sanitary facilities and other facilities necessary to complete work; costs for shop drawing preparation and processing; existing utility locating; and the maintaining of traffic, vehicles and pedestrians on and along the roadway. The Contractor shall follow the latest Maryland Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MD MUTCD), the State Highway Administration's Book of Standards for Highway and Incidental Structures, and special provisions; performance of preparatory, installation and removal of all traffic control signage; and placement and movement of drums, cones flaggers, protective vehicles, etc. to support the construction operations. The cost of required insurance and bonds, shop drawing and submittal preparation, and office administration, shall also be included in this item.
