Site work for a civil project in Saint-Apollinaire, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference number : 1258947 The Municipality of Saint-Apollinaire requires offers for work to increase the capacity of drinking water treatment at the Lilas reservoir. This work includes: An expansion of approximately 600 m3 of the usable volume of the drinking water reservoir; Waterworks, domestic and rainwater pipes outside; Expansion of the approximately service building to include the addition of new green sand filters, complete refurbishment of the chlorination room; Replacement of the existing filter wash pump; modifications to the internal piping; Development of a discharge point in the stormwater catchment area behind the plant. Etc. The Municipality does not undertake to accept any of the offers and declines any responsibility with regard to any one of the bidders in case of rejection of all the bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, in its sole discretion, and the Municipality can not be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A Bid bond is required for 10% of the contract amount. A Performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the Contractor for pledges, materials and service is required for 50% of the contract amount.
