Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing metal storage building and existing MCU Blower/Electrical Building structures, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, ductbanks, and yard piping; demolition of existing air piping, air bubble diffusers, fittings, valves, and appurtenances; demolition of existing dosing pumps, seed pumps, and associated piping, fittings, valves, and supports. Additionally, structural and mechanical modifications to the Train A Surge Tanks/Aeration Basins 1-4; construction of a new Blower Building 1 with architectural concrete block exterior, pre-cast concrete roof, insulation, acoustical tile, exhaust fans, air-conditioning system, metal coiling roll-up door, louvers and doors; installation of aeration blowers, sludge holding tank blowers, WAS holding tank blowers, and associated piping; installation of a bridge crane; installation electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, lighting, etc.; installation of temporary bypass piping and supports to accommodate improvements; installation, relocation, or removal of yard piping; grading, paving, and restoration of site; incorporation of new facilities into the plant automated control system; modernization and integration of electrical and control components. 18-003-BC
