Demolition of the Water Treatment Plant facilities; demolition of the Lime Softening Control Building, the FPL Electrical Vault Building, and the Chemical Storage Site Pump Building; and the complete gutting of Reverse Osmosis equipment from inside and outside of the Reverse Osmosis Building. Lime Work to include all materials, equipment, labor, restoration, and maintenance of traffic, clearing & grubbing, erosion/pollution control measures, excavation, fill, compaction, site restoration, testing, and ancillary improvements as well as compliance with the associated specifications and local ordinances. Sofening Building Demolition includes asbestos removal of roofing materials.
