Professional Engineering Design Services of Lindell Boulevard Loop Connection To Brant Bridge (Along Blue Jay Turn, Carl Bolter Drive & Avocet Road) Scope: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Proposals from qualified firms and consultants who can provide services for the preparation of design and Proposal documents for construction of this project as part of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Design services are for the development of design drawings for roadway construction. The project also includes the design of swales, drainage, signage and pavement markings, ADA accessibility and photometric lighting plans, roadway signage, roadway pavement preservation and rehabilitation. Requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the deadline for Submission of Questions on March 20, 2023 @ 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must posses specified licenses required of this contract (refer to Section 4: Response Requirements). Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted electronically by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions electronically . The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
