Site work and new construction of a stadium in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 44,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 10-room, 500-seat stadium.

Design-build construction of a facility that will require as a minimum, an 85 x 200 NHL-sized ice surface with a minimum of 500 seated spectators and 200 standing spectators, an indoor walking/running track and a 100 x 200 turf field. TIMELINE: Construction is underway, trades secured by invitation. * Consulting engineers have not been released for publication. * Tate Engineering has been awarded a contract for Owner's Engineer/Project Management Services.
