In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (“Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act” or “CCNA”), the Village of North Palm Beach is seeking Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional design services for the replacement of the Lighthouse Drivebridge over the North Palm Beach Waterway canal. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Qualification Statements, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to selectthe Proposer that it deems will best serve the interests of the Village. The Village of North Palm Beach (“Village”) seeks the expertise and capabilities of an established design consultant (“Consultant”) to ensure the successful design executionand process required to replace the Lighthouse Drive Bridge over the North Palm Beach Waterway (a navigable and tidally-influenced waterway) located within North Palm Beach, Florida. This is a State of Florida-funded General Appropriation Act project with an aggressive schedule. For this comprehensive bridge replacement project, the Consultant shall ensure the successful execution of the project from its inception to completion. The Consultant will manage all project aspects including engineering and design, permitting, plans preparation, and post-design services for design of the bridge,roadway approaches, and bulkheads.
