Enclosure of a 2-story atrium with accessible restrooms at the basement and 1st Floor. Renovation of 3 existing restrooms. New accessible eyewash/showers and drinking fountains. Estimated Construction Cost of this project is $13,695,000.00 (Base Bid) Only prequalified bidders will be allowed to submit a Bid on this project. The following bidders have been prequalified to bid on this project: The University of California will be closed on December 24, 25 and 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019. The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses .
