The County of San Diego (County) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Design-Build Entities (D-BE) qualified to design and construct the Urban Camp element of the Phased Replacement of the San Diego Juvenile Justice Campus (Project). The Urban Camp element represents the initial step in the Phased Replacement of the San Diego Juvenile Justice Campus will be located at 2840 Meadowlark Drive further identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) 425-550-32-00. In accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code Sections 22160-22169, the County is utilizing a two-step process to prequalify, select and award a design-build contract. This is the first step in which the County is issuing this RFSQ. The County will evaluate and rank all conforming Submittals.
