Planning Overview Meeting: A mandatory Planning Overview meeting for each DBE is scheduled for the day of June 6, 2019 at 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. The Mandatory Planning Overview meeting will take place at 777 E. Rialto Avenue, San Bernardino, CGS Conference Room. A 323 Court Street building walkthrough will immediately follow at 1:00pm - 4:00pm. This briefing is intended to review the scope of the Project and Proposal requirements and answer questions each DBE team may have regarding the project. All questions the respondents would like to have addressed during the Planning Overview meeting must be received June 3, 2019 by 4:00pm. Questions shall be sent via e-mail to Dorney.chamberlain@pmd.sbcounty.gov and written in the body text of the e-mail form or in Word format as an attachment. Schematic Design Discussion: Mandatory Schematic Design Discussions for each DBE are scheduled for the days of July 10 and August 7, 2019. These discussions are intended to review the schematic design of the Project in the context of the budget. Questions Regarding Request For Proposals (RFP): Should DBEs, or components thereof, have specific questions regarding the process, contract compliance, licenses or insurance which need to be answered at any time prior to submitting the RFP, then they should submit questions in written form via e-mail to Dorney.Chamberlain@pmd.sbcounty.gov. In order to receive a proper response, all questions must be received no later than 4:00 PM, September 4, 2019. See Section 2.04 Proposal Schedule for mandatory meetings and time lines.
