Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project scopes consists of the full reconstruction of Brian Ray. The reconstruction of the roadway will include the following: Demolition, removal and disposal of curb, HMAC pavement, Base Course, subgrade overexcavation, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps and driveways. The parkways with the existing landscape materials are to remain undisturbed in place. Improvements will consist of new: curb and gutter, 5 ft. concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways, HMAC pavement, Base Course, select fill subbase, city monuments, new street lights with LED fixtures, ADA compliant handicap ramps with ADA tiles, removal and replacement of street signs, new streets signs, removal and replacement or adjustment to water meters, adjustment to sanitary sewer manholes, stripping at the heels of the roadway, small amount of rock aggregate for parkways. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond as required by law, and the terms of this contract. Bruce D. Also, the City reserves the right to accept the low bid based on the tabulation of any one, combination or all of the base bid(s), alternate bid(s) and/or, optional bid(s) based on the most advantageous project bid that is desired by the City Department involved and that the City Council in their sole judgment determines is the City's best interest and benefit. Where there are similar wage rate classifications in wage determinations, the higher wage shall be paid. The contractor shall pay not less than the wage rate as determined by the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division and the City of El Paso.
