The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for this project consists of constructing an extension of the existing onsite sanitary sewer within Floyd Lamb Park and the connecting to on-site buildings that are currently served by existing septic systems. The sanitary sewer line extension includes approximately 3,750 linear feet of new sanitary sewer line with associated appetences and connecting to Restrooms #1, 3, and 4, Guard Shack, Gun Club, Foreman's house, and Four-Plex buildings. The project also includes the abandonment or removal of five existing septic tanks and leach fields, removal of two lift stations, abandonment of onsite sewer piping, corrosion protection of existing manholes, pavement and landscaping replacement, traffic control, and reshaping of existing manhole bases. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $ 1,458,544 - $1,782,665 Question Cutoff Date: 11/18/2020 08:30 PM (ET) Bids submitted via NGEM shall include a copy of the Bid Security in the form of Response Attachment 1.2 - Bid Bond, or a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Money Order. Hard copy Bids submitted in accordance with ITB 5.3 must include the original Bid Security with the sealed Bid. Bidder acknowledges that failure to comply with all requirements of ITB 6.2 shall result in the rejection of that Bid without consideration. Each Bidder submitting a Bid to the Owner on a public work project for which the estimated cost exceeds $250,000 is responsible for ascertaining their eligibility for the bidders preference and other matters relating thereto provided in NRS 338.147 and NRS 338.0117.
