Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty Hill, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposal includes: The Liberty Hill Splash Pad Park, includes the construction of approximately 900 square yards of paving with associated signage, striping, demolition, sidewalk, storm drainage, utilities, temporary traffic control improvements, erosion controls, as well as restrooms facilities (including all Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and electrical building systems, furnishings, equipment and finishes) and splash pad facilities (including tank, pumps, piping, filters and finishes) and all necessary appurtenances for the proposed Splash Pad park. All work must conform to State of Texas and City of Liberty Hill rules and criteria. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any and All Technicalities and Formalities in Bidding. The Contractor Must Bid on Both Projects. The Owner Reserves the Right to Determine Which Bids Are Most Advantageous to the Owner's Needs, and to Award the Contract on This Basis. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days After Opening of Bids. If a Submitted Bid Is Withdrawn Within Said Period, Bid Guaranty Shall Become Owner, Not as Penalty, but as Liquidated Damages; or, Owner May Pursue Any Other Action Allowed by Law.
