Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Please contact the Engineer, Atwell, for plans and specifications. Proposal includes the construction of approximately: 1358 LF Right of Way preparation; 1913 LF of 18 to 48 Class III RCP storm sewer with inlets, headwalls, manholes, and drainage appurtenances; 1419 LF of 8 water line with hydrants, valves, and associated appurtenances; 2088 LF of 8 wastewater line with lift station and forcemain, manholes, services, and associated appurtenances; and water quality and detention facilities. All work must conform to State of Texas, County of Travis and Cypress Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 rules and criteria. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after opening of the bids. If a submitted bid is withdrawn within said period, bid guaranty shall become the property of the OWNER, not as penalty, but as liquidated damages, or OWNER may pursue any other action allowed by law.
