Site work and new construction of a civil project in Morgan Hill, California. Design plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves a multi-year operational reorganization of the existing Holiday 1/2/3 and Holiday Lake pressure zones. The three existing East Dunne pump stations separately pump to the Holiday Lake Zone, Holiday 1 Zone, and Holiday 2 Zone. The existing East Dunne pump stations are planned for replacement with one new pump station, pumping to a new water storage tank along East Dunne Avenue. This project consists of the construction of a new water storage tank, replacement pump station, new and replacement water pipelines, and a pressure reducing station. The project is included in the City of Morgan Hill's FY 2022-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of May 4, 2022, a design team has been selected. The owner states that the project is anticipated to go out for bids in FY 23/24. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
