**The start date will be in April 2019 to be completed by August 2019. Project Locations: Rincon Middle School 925 Lehner Avenue, Escondido, CA 92026 Pioneer School, 980 N. Ash Street, Escondido, CA 92027 Replacement and installation of new HVAC units and new mechanical curbs on 2 permanent buildings, 2 new HVAC curbs on building M and 1 new HVAC curb on building A.Bids must be submitted to the District on the Bid Forms that are a part of the Bid Package for the Project. Prospective bidders may obtain one (1) complete set of Contract Documents. Contract Documents may be obtained from the District at the location(s) and at the time(s) indicated in the Notice Inviting Bids. Prospective bidders are encouraged to telephone in advance to determine the availability of Contract Documents. Any applicable charges for the Contract Documents are outlined in the Notice Inviting Bids. The District may also make the Contract Documents available for review at one or more planrooms. Please Note: Prospective bidders who choose to review the Contract Documents at a plan room must contact the District to obtain the required Contract Documents if they decide to submit a bid for the Project. The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the District's Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within Sixteen (16) calendar days from the commencement date on the Notice to Proceed. By its signature hereunder, Contractor agrees the time for completion set forth above is adequate and reasonable to complete the Work. Project Description: Removal and replacement of 3 Rooftop package HVAC units with curbs. Work includes the Installation of new electrical disconnects, new condensate piping and traps and new gas piping as required. All existing control wires will be reconnected. New sheet metal caps will be installed on all rooftop platforms. Some interior ceiling removal and replacement and roof patching is anticipated.
