Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 310,000-square-foot, eight-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and educational facility.

HEC Montréal plans to build a new building in the Ville-Marie borough on part of the land adjacent to St. Patrick's Basilica, between côte du Beaver Hall, le boulevard René-Lévesque, la rue Saint-Alexandre and la rue de la Gauchetière. This project aims to bring the school closer to a part of its clientele, but also to get closer to the companies, its research partners and headquarters, essential partners in achieving its mission and development.
