Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 51,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
As of August 20, 2021, this project is complete. Renovation of approx. 51,500 sq. ft. & construction of a new additional 2,500 sq. ft. to Bldg. 102, to house entire Student Services. The existing Auditorium will receive extensive upgrades to house and stage lighting, sound systems, IT, video systems, flooring and seating. A Café & Community Room are to be included. New building HVAC & Electrical, Plumbing and Lighting upgrades & the addition of a sprinkler system are part of the renovation.
