No modifications on exterior of envelope without proper signature. The work will be bid in one Prime Contract: All bid envelopes shall contain, on the exterior side, the Contractor's Certificate of Responsibility number. NO EXCEPTIONS Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project. (Davis Bacon wage rates do not apply to this project) No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the date set for the opening thereof, and each bidder must comply with the laws of the State of Mississippi and all local laws relative to the performance of said work.
