Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This federally funded project will include all required grading, drainage and erosion and sediment control work required to complete the project while following the VDOT and LAP manual requirements to construct approximately 1,500 feet of sidewalk with ADA ramps, install approximately 400 feet of guardrail, and construct a retaining wall system along Kemper Street. Inquiries must be received by 1:00 p.m., July 27, 2022, in order to be considered. All posted addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted, failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other City representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder.
