Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lees Summit, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will improve 3rd Street from Jefferson Street to Blue Parkway. The project includes, but is not limited to, paving, sidewalks, curb and storm sewer work, street lighting and access management. The project may include additional streetscape elements along 3rd Street similar to those within the downtown central business district; and could provide those same elements such as brick pavers, landscape/street trees, etc. along portions of Market Street and West Main Street between 2nd Street and 4th Street with available project funds. This project is currently in the FY 2025-2029 CIP. As of August 1, 2024, project is funded for construction in 2024-2025. Project is currently in design with estimated construction September 2, 2024-September 1, 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
