Scope of work is the Abatement, demolition, construction debris removal, and site backfill of the Lubbock Municipal Coliseum and Auditorium. The facility to be demolished is approximately 112,500 GSF, comprised of an 8,334 fixed seat multipurpose indoor arena with public concourse and concessions and an attached adjacent 2,803 fixed seat auditorium. As of April 28th, 2022 demolition and abatement work began on April 18th, 2019 and was completed in August of 2019.
