The project includes masonry, pre-engineered metal stairs and equipment platform, misc. steel, including existing guardrail modifications, aluminum storefront, hollow metal and wood doors, hardware, including electronic hardware, finish flooring, painting, drywall, casework, stainless steel countertop, concrete work and extensive electrical including mechanical, IT, pathways for AV systems and security systems work.
