Renovation of a transportation facility in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of May 25, 2022, the project is currently in the final stages of design and subcontractor procurement. They will contract with all of the successful bidders who submit proposals in this round. Construction is currently projected to start on October 1, 2022 and continue through February 1, 2026 The project scope of work includes replacement of all the 120V-600V electrical systems including one power center, and all cabling, wiring and conduit out to approximately 200 +/- local panels while maintaining full operation of all activities in the facility. The total Maximum Allowable Subcontract Construction Costs (MASC) for the scope of work is estimated to be $30,000,000 For questions, please contact Steve Larson at (425) 497-6627
