The City is seeking the services of a landscape architecture firm (consultant), licensed in the State of California, to lead a team of professionals for continued development of Jimenez Park. The City is looking to hire a "Prime" consultant to be responsible for coordination of all required sub-consultants (single point of contact). The consultant will work closely with City staff. Design Services are anticipated to include project management, presentations, preparation of construction documents and cost estimates, and bidding and construction phase services, although additional tasks may be required. The Jimenez Park site is approximately 17 acres in size, located in the Lincoln Crossing neighborhood bordered by Groveland Lane and Ferrari Ranch Road. Stantec Landscape Architecture and Planning prepared the master plan for Jimenez Park. Two phases have been constructed; however, there are several components remaining to be completed. For the purpose of this RFP, phase 3 will include the following items: lighted soccer field, paved parking lot, and minor concrete work such as curb, sidewalk, and drainage facilities.
