Kenilworth Reservoir Scope of Work: The scope of work for the Kenilworth Reservoir includes but is not limited to the following: a) Working in confined spaces; b) Working on a live municipal water system; c) Demolition and removals work for structural elements, including concrete and steel materials; d) Concrete crack injection and surface repairs; e) Repair and/or removal and replacement of failed coatings on columns, including cleanup and reservoir ventilation if required; f) Excavation and repair along the full length of the expansion joints (EJ) shown on Drawings S101 and S102; g) Excavation and repair of the entire perimeter of the reservoir for repairs to the perimeter joint as shown on Drawings S101 and S102; h) Remediation of actively leaking joints including concrete removal, formwork, rebar & concrete placement, and installation of new retrofit water stops; i) Restoration, grading and landscaping; and j) Reservoir cleaning and disinfection. Dewitt Reservoir Scope of Work: The scope of work for the Dewitt Reservoir includes but is not limited to the following: a) Working in confined spaces; b) Working on a live municipal water system; c) Demolition and removals work for structural elements including concrete and steel materials; d) Removal of joint material containing asbestos and replacing with NSF-61 approved material, including abatement program, as required; e) Removal of overburden on the roof of the two cells without the use of mechanical equipment on the roof; f) Installation of fibre reinforced concrete topping; g) Concrete crack injection and surface repairs; h) Restoration, grading and landscaping; i) Installation of an ornamental fence (supplied by others); and j) Reservoir cleaning and disinfection.
