Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of installation of one ( 1) new pump station located next to Laurel Creek. Work includes demolition of the existing valve vaults and concrete pads; installation of wet well, pumps, piping, valves, and connections to existing pipe; installation of stormwater discharge pipes; installation of electrical conduit using both open trench and trenchless construction; installation of pump station meteri ng, power and controls equipment; installation of curb and grading; and startup and commissioning. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and the award, if award is made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the Owner and whose proposal compl ies with all the prescribed requirements. Bids shall be: 1. Submitted on standard forms which will be furnished with the Project Manual; 2. Accompanied by a certified check (drawn in favor of the City) or by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total Bid; 3. Irrevocable after the time and date set for the opening of bids and for a period of 90 days thereafter .
